another beautiful day here in Poland,
another beautiful day at work,
never-ending happiness,
what a wonderful world…
ok, but in the meantime - I’ve started to sort out every bit of information that I have posted, mailed, written, bloged, cited, prenumered and God know what else. And that was tremendous task. Have you looked on your e-mail boxes recently? I can bet that they’re full of information you considered useful - like that 10,000 mails from e-bay. And that’s the top of the iceberg. How many forums, portals, e-zins, shops you are registered too? Do you even remember half of them?
Quite a task! I tell you.
But I’ve managed to sort all of that. And here are my strategies.
1. Think of one good nickname, that you will always use on every single registration form you will use.
2. Think of one good and easy to remember password, and use it in every forum etc.
3. Now create new e-mail box, and use it for the registration. Which can be named after the nickname you have used on the forums.
4. For that e-mail, create a tough password. And a different one, that you will surely remember, but will be hard to guess.
With all that, you can always easily remember the nickname and password for every single account you have created. Because you have used only one all the time. And you are always protected against any kind of hack - because every portal and forums need to authenticate actions such as change of password (or other important features) trough the mail you used during registration.
With those simple rules. You will never get frustrated with forgotten passwords, and mistyped logins. And your primary mailbox will be spam-free
Have a nice surfing!
